The information you provide on the form plays a large factor in determining compatibility, and my decision to accept your invitation to meet.  Please introduce yourself and provide the information required.  Your privacy is always protected, and no information is ever shared.  Once we have met in person, all data is discarded.  My safety and comfort level is of paramount importance to me!

 

Incomplete forms will not be considered. If you are too busy to fill out my form, then we are definitely

not compatible. ;)
